Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • We recommend trying items on as soon as they are received to ensure return eligibility within the timeframe.

Specific Product Conditions

  • Shoes: Try on soft surfaces only. No returns accepted for marked soles. Shoebox must be included in original condition.
  • Earrings: Not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Homewares: Must be unopened and in original packaging. The calico bag must also be returned.
  • Beauty, Food & Beverage Products: Not returnable due to hygiene.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable. Valid from date of issue. Redeemable online or in-store.
  • Gift Wrapping: Non-refundable.
  • Gift with Purchase: Must be returned; otherwise, the gift value will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes

If we identify patterns of unreasonable returns, or use of garments for content creation without purchase intent, future orders may be restricted.

For change of mind or incorrect sizing, contact our store within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned via Australia Post with your receipt and in original condition and packaging for a credit or replacement only.

We do not refund for change of mind.
We do not accept returns for sale items.

Return Shipping Costs

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is at your expense.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse your return postage.

Processing Refunds

Returns are processed within 2 business days after arriving back with us. Refunds are issued to the original card used. Please allow 3–5 working days for refunds to appear due to PayPal and bank processing times.
