Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia)

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Address changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us immediately at ashlearoadboutique@live.com.au. We’re unable to reroute parcels once they’ve been handed to the carrier.

Authority to leave & failed delivery

  • Some carriers may deliver with Authority to Leave if deemed safe. If you prefer signature on delivery, please request it at checkout (where available).
  • For unsuccessful deliveries, the carrier may leave a collection card or attempt redelivery. Returned parcels can be reshipped (postage payable) or refunded minus shipping costs.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist.
  • For lost parcels, we’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timeframes vary by carrier.

International shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia—but we’re working on it! Please check back soon for updates.
