- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Shoes: try on only on soft surfaces; shoebox must be returned in original condition.
- Earrings: no returns for hygiene reasons.
- Homewares: unopened, unused, in original packaging including calico bag.
- Beauty Products: not returnable for hygiene.
- Gift Cards: non-returnable, valid from issue date.
- Gift with Purchase: must be returned or value deducted.
- No refunds on sale items — exchanges only.
