  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Shoes: try on only on soft surfaces; shoebox must be returned in original condition.
  • Earrings: no returns for hygiene reasons.
  • Homewares: unopened, unused, in original packaging including calico bag.
  • Beauty Products: not returnable for hygiene.
  • Gift Cards: non-returnable, valid from issue date.
  • Gift with Purchase: must be returned or value deducted.
  • No refunds on sale items — exchanges only.
