Placing an order & payment

By completing and submitting a purchase order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product at the price displayed on the website.

Payment must be made at the time your order is submitted.

Payment may be made using the payment methods available to you at checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method selected to complete your purchase.

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Ashlea Road.

We will send you confirmation that your order has been received. Ashlea Road may reject or cancel an order prior to dispatch where reasonably necessary. If payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Orders must be paid in full. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Where your bank or payment provider processes your payment in another currency, conversion rates and fees are determined by that provider. Ashlea Road is not responsible for currency conversion fees or the final converted amount charged by your bank or payment provider.

Ashlea Road may correct pricing errors or vary prices on the website without prior notice. Where a price change affects an order that has not yet been completed or accepted, we will advise you where appropriate.

Products are for personal use.

Ashlea Road reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase where reasonably necessary.

Products purchased from Ashlea Road must not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale, supply or use as part of another commercial business.

This includes using our products to advertise or promote your own goods or services without our prior written consent.

Gift cards

Ashlea Road gift cards may be redeemed through the Ashlea Road website and at the Ashlea Road Boutique in Wingham.

Gift cards are valid from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Please take care of your gift card details. Ashlea Road cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.

When purchasing with a gift card, you may still be asked to provide another payment method for verification or to pay any remaining balance.

Promotional offers

From time to time, Ashlea Road may offer promotional codes that can be applied to eligible orders.

To use a promotional code, enter the code in the designated field during checkout. Where valid, the promotion will be applied to your order.

Unless otherwise specified, only one promotional code may be used per transaction and a promotional code may be limited to one use per customer.

Individual promotions may also be subject to their own terms, exclusions and expiry dates.

Faulty items

Products are checked before dispatch. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we will address the issue in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable legislation.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the law, this may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Normal wear and tear arising from ordinary use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
