Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full-priced or sale item, subject to the following conditions.

• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with the original proof of purchase.
• We recommend trying on all items as soon as they are received so you have enough time to return them within the required timeframe.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Returning footwear

Please try shoes on a soft, clean surface before wearing them generally.

We cannot accept shoes that are returned with sole markings, scratches or signs of wear.

If your shoes were supplied in a shoebox, the shoebox must also be returned in its original condition.

Earrings & hygiene

Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings.

Returning homewares

If you wish to return a homewares item, it must be unopened, unused and returned in its original packaging.

Homewares will not be accepted for return if they have been removed from their original packaging.

If your item was supplied with a calico bag, the calico bag must also be returned.

Beauty, food & beverage

Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on beauty products, food or beverage items.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Gift cards are valid from the date of issue.

Gift cards purchased through our Australian website can be redeemed online and may also be used at our Wingham, NSW store.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Promotional gifts

If you received a Gift With Purchase as part of your order, the gift must also be returned when returning the qualifying item.

If the Gift With Purchase is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
