Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with the original proof of purchase.
- Shoes – please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If you received a shoebox, this must also be returned in original condition.
- Earrings – Due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- Homewares – must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. You must also return the calico bag your towel arrived in.
- Beauty Products – not returnable due to hygiene (includes beauty, food and beverage items).
- Gift Cards – non-returnable. Valid from date of issue. Usable online and in our NSW store.
- Gift with Purchase – if you received one, it must also be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.
- No refunds on sale items — exchanges only.
How to Return or Exchange
Ensure all tags are intact and items meet the above conditions.
1. Email us at ashlearoadboutique@live.com.au to notify us of your return or exchange.
2. Purchase a prepaid plastic satchel from your local post office and include your return authorization form.
Include in your return:
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Return authorization form

Please keep your tracking number safe. Once your package is received, we will process your refund/exchange and notify you via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
