Returns & Exchanges Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

1. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging with the original proof of purchase.

4. Shoes - please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If you received a shoebox, this must also be returned with the shoes in original condition.

5. Earrings - Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or change of mind return requests earrings.

6. Homewares - if you wish to return an item, it must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging and will not be accepted if it has been removed. You must also return the calico bag you received your towel in.

7. Beauty Products - due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests on beauty, food or beverage items.

8. Gift Cards - Gift Cards may not be returned and are always valid from the date of issue. All vouchers purchased on our Australian website can be redeemed on our Australian website and can be used in our NSW Wingham Store.

9. If you have received a Gift with Purchase, the gift must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - all tags are intact, and items are unworn as per the conditions above

Contact Ashlea Road via email at and notify us of your intended exchange or return.

To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office and include your return authorization form.

Include the following items in your satchel:
· Items you wish to return/exchange
· Return authorization form

Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.

Once your package is received by Ashlea Road Boutique your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately on the same credit card used for purchase and an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items unless faulty. Refunds are given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.

Please note, Ashlea Road Boutique cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
